Spearheaded CupShe’s runway show at Miami Swim Week 2025, overseeing a $100K+ production budget and end-to-end execution—from model casting and styling to influencer coordination (Sabrina Claudio, JaNa Craig, Kelsey Anderson) and creative direction. The campaign generated 297 media placements (56 top-tier), 164K+ banner views (+161%), and 214M+ social impressions, driving a 14% sales increase within 24 hours.
Content Creation
Produced and edited daily Reels and recap videos using CapCut and Adobe After Effects. Highlight clips surpassed 80K views, while overall content strategy boosted average video views by approximately 30%.


Branding
Spearheaded the creative development of the “Limitless” body-positivity campaign—from casting to content launch. The series achieved 165K+ Reel views with a 6.4% engagement rate (4× the category average). The top teaser alone reached 71.6K views and drove 1,051 link clicks at a 2.2% CTR.

Celebrity/Influencer Seeding
Independently identified and coordinated with 25+ influencers monthly, aligning with brand values and fostering long-term partnerships.
Successful collaborations included celebrities such as Wang Hongyi and Greg Hsu. Analyzed exposure data of influencer campaigns, achieving an average monthly seeding note interaction rate exceeding 15% (excluding celebrity endorsements).


Content Marketing
Managed the monthly TikTok 365 Campaign, creating differentiated frameworks and content strategies tailored to product selling points. Selected high-quality influencers aligned with brand values using the Xingtu platforms.
Optimized content strategies through data analysis, achieving over 4 million monthly exposures on average (200% above target), record-low CPM, a 308% increase in A3 conversions, and a 507.14% overall growth in 5A metrics. Conducted data analysis and reviews, complemented by Ad and promotions to maximize campaign effectiveness.






Offline Events
Led the Olympic Campaign by creating briefs for offline events, aligning with brand identity, Olympic themes, and budget. Invited and coordinated with 20+ influencers for online promotions and offline event coverage.
Manage pre-event content reviews and post-event article publishing, optimizing titles, content, and visuals to enhance engagement. Successfully facilitated offline event workflows, assisting influencers with content creation to ensure smooth execution and high-quality deliverables.


Product Launch
Contributed to the launch of collaborative products between Uncle Daniel, Wilde, Korean artist Emma Kang, and CASETiFY, overseeing product design reviews and the entire online release process. Led the planning of offline pop-up openings and product line layouts.

Exciting Offer Season 5 (2023)
Super Brain Youth Alliance (2023)
“Super Brain Youth Alliance” is a variety show launched by Youku that uses fun and challenging game segments to highlight the intelligence and teamwork of young participants. The program combines entertainment and positivity, making it highly popular among younger audiences.
In the latter half of the show, I joined the project as a casting director. The team needed to select 6 contestants from a large pool of candidates, and I successfully recommended 2 of them. My precise understanding of the show’s tone and the contestants’ characteristics significantly contributed to the program’s success and audience appeal.
“The Exciting Offer 5” is a popular workplace observational reality show produced by Tencent. The show follows the internship experiences of young professionals in a law firm, showcasing the challenges of workplace competition and personal growth.
As the casting director for this season, I was responsible for selecting contestants who aligned with the show's tone. Out of a total of 9 contestants, I successfully recommended 5, including Huang Kai, whose fan base grew by over 1 million within a month of the show’s broadcast. Additionally, the program achieved an impressive 4.6 billion views on its IP, becoming a highly-discussed and trendsetting show.


Youth Partner (2021)
“Amazing Workers” is a reality show produced by Youku that captures the real work experiences of participants in various professions. The program highlights the struggles and resilience of modern workers, offering meaningful insights and relatable stories to its audience.
This was my first project as a casting director, where the team needed to select 8 participants. I successfully recommended 2 of them. One of the participants gained significant recognition for their performance on the show and was later invited to join another popular Youku program, “Island Youth”, further enhancing their influence. This experience was invaluable in helping me build expertise in casting.


CHUANG ASIA (2024)
“CHUANG ASIA” is a special season of the CHUANG series by Tencent, designed for the international market. The program aims to discover and unite talented young artists worldwide to form a globally-oriented idol group. It incorporates diverse cultural backgrounds, showcasing the talents and charm of youth from Southeast Asia and other regions in Asia.
During my involvement in the “CHUANG ASIA” project, I established connections with several Southeast Asian artists, including Alissa Janine and members of SGO 48. These collaborations not only expanded the program's influence in the Southeast Asian market but also added more international elements to the show, boosting its appeal to overseas


The Next (2023)
“The Next 2023” is a music competition show produced by Tencent Video, showcasing diverse stage performances that highlight the creative talents and stage presence of top musicians and emerging artists. The program brings together renowned musicians from around the world, delivering a high-level musical feast for audiences.
During my involvement in the project, I was responsible for coordinating the filming process between artists and the production team. This included working with internationally acclaimed artists such as Jackson Wang and Jay Park. I facilitated effective communication and collaboration between the artists and the team, ensuring smooth execution of the filming schedule and contributing significantly to the high production


Super Novae Game (2021)
“Super Novae Games Season 4” is a sports reality show produced by Tencent Video. Featuring various star artists competing in athletic events, the program highlights youthful energy and the spirit of perseverance. With teamwork and the excitement of competition at its core, the show has captured the attention of a large young audience.
During my time on the “Supernova Games Season 4” project, I was responsible for coordinating the program's live broadcasts and branded live streaming sessions involving over 100 artists. This included notable performers such as INTO1, Amber Liu, and Lil Jet (Li Jialong). My work ensured the seamless execution of all stages, significantly enhancing the production efficiency and quality of live broadcasts while boosting the visibility and impact of brand collaborations.
Shanghai Media Group
Led the full preproduction of “Let’s Meet,” a promotional video for the 2020 China International Import Expo. Oversaw script development, location scouting, and crew coordination. Independently managed on-site shoots at landmark locations including the Shanghai Bund and NYU Shanghai, while maintaining stakeholder relationships and resolving production challenges in real time.
